Qualifications

• On-the-job training and safety training completed.
• Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read spec sheets or product information.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and tend to yarn twisting machines.
• Creel single or double ply yarn packages and load yarn into twister.
• Reposition buggies of yarn and stage tubes for winder operation.
• Thread ends of single yarns, operate the spindle and repair breakouts.
• Doff twisted yarn packages and transfer them to a buggy or container.
• Monitor production output and machine safety for efficient operation.
• Clean and dechoke spindles to maintain efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and attend trainings as required.
• Follow all SOPs and safety procedures and general housekeeping.
