Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• 3+ years in a senior or lead role (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Yarn Department staff, including staffing, training, and policy compliance.
• Supervise shifts, review production orders, adjust schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Lead pre-shift safety meetings and safety training; support safety initiatives.
• Resolve employee relations issues with HR/management support.
• Ensure department and plant quality requirements are met.
