Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise department manufacturing functions across shifts and review production orders to meet schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to priorities for production workflow and maintain shift reports.
• Assist with planning, developing, and administering departmental procedures and standards; communicate policies.
• Develop measures for performance and use them to monitor and improve employees and production.
• Maintain Kronos timekeeping records and monitor attendance.
• Provide feedback and train employees and identify training needs.
• Maintain control of resources to meet budget and collaborate with other departments to address issues.
