Hayes Gibson is seeking a Software Support Specialist in Bloomington, IN to administer and support Yardi property management software across all managed properties. You will configure modules, train staff, and generate reports to drive efficiency and compliance.

The role is full-time with daytime hours, occasional travel, and a compensation up to $65,000 based on experience. Competitive benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and holidays off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Café.
• Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent customer-focused support and training abilities.
• Organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (bonus).

Responsabilités

• Provide top-notch technical support to users across our portfolio using the Yardi Voyager platform.
• Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices.
• Set up and manage Yardi modules to meet operational needs.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams to integrate Yardi with other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, maintain user access, and uphold regulatory compliance.
