Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site experience and previous bookkeeping required.
• Extensive experience with Yardi and on-site accounting processes.
• Excellent writing and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily phone and email support for properties regarding Yardi.
• Coordinate timely week and month-end closings.
• Perform reconciliations and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Conduct training of all technical classes.
• Lead lease file audits during due diligence.

Skills

On-site experience and previous bookkeeping

Extensive experience with Yardi

Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent writing and communication skills
