Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Yardi Systems Specialist to act as SME and administrator for the Yardi Property Management system. You will ensure operational integrity, user support and continuous enhancement across modules and integrations in the Philadelphia metro region.

On-site roles require coordinating with vendors, leading migrations, training staff, testing new modules and optimizing workflows. Travel to Gaithersburg, MD may be required; the role offers a base salary in the $65k–$75k

Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience with Yardi and administration including Voyager Affordable, RentCafe, Procure to Pay and related features.
• Experience as a subject matter expert managing system access, new property set-up, user setup and permissions, ad-hoc and scheduled reports, custom menus and workflows.
• Experience leading software implementation efforts and rallying stakeholders to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Yardi users and manage permissions and property assignments.
• Lead migration projects and onboarding of properties; test and implement new modules.
• Create training materials and deliver training for system users; maintain documentation.
