Job summary

Pratum Co in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a Yardi Systems Specialist to act as SME and administrator for the Yardi Property Management system. You will ensure operational integrity, provide user support, and drive platform improvements across modules like Voyager Affordable and RentCafe.

The role requires on-site presence at the Gaithersburg HQ and offers growth in system governance, training, and cross‑functional collaboration with accounting and operations.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years' experience as a Yardi user and administrator including Voyager Affordable, RentCafe, Procure to Pay, and other system applications.
• Subject matter expert with Yardi system, handling user access, property setup and permissions, and report creation.
• Experience leading a software implementation project with stakeholder coordination.
• Strong training abilities and clear, professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users of Yardi products including Voyager Affordable, RentCafe, Procure to Pay and others in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain users, manage permissions and property assignments, scheduled reports, custom menus and workflows.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients experiencing Yardi software‑related problems, guiding problem identification and resolution.
• Escalate to Yardi support and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues promptly.
• Track and review performance data of Yardi modules to identify trends and improve plans.
• Work with vendors to establish and maintain Yardi data exchange.
• Migrate properties to Yardi platform and support onboarding/offboarding as needed.
• Test and implement new Yardi modules with departments; manage project milestones.
