Job summary

Programm ers.io is seeking a Yardi Consultant to support clients across Dallas, Austin, Bay Area, and Irvine, with remote options. The role focuses on Yardi Voyager 7 and Core Commercial modules, plus setup tasks for new users, properties, and entities.

The contractor will also handle chart of accounts updates, provide access to past periods, and work within international accounting principles including tax/VAT. Prior experience with Yardi database and SQL scripting is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Voyager 7 and Core Commercial modules with international accounting principles including tax/VAT.
• Knowledge of Investment Management, Job Cost, and Construction accounting in Yardi.

Responsibilities

• New User Setups in Yardi.
• Property Setup in client environments.
• Entity Setup per client requirements.
• Add GL accounts based on approved requests (Charts of Accounts).
• Provide access to past periods based on incidents on monthly basis.

Yardi Support

1)New User Setups

2 ) Property Setup

3 ) Entity Setup

4) If any need to add GL accounts based on request with proper approval ( Charts of accounts)

5) To provide access past periods based on incidents on monthly basis.

Broad understanding of Voyager 7, Core Commercial with international accounting principles including tax/VAT, Investment Management, Job Cost and construction accounting, Advance Budgets, Voyager 8 Construction Manager, Fund Accounting, and comprehension on Yardi database structure with SQL scripting.
