Job summary

Yardi is seeking a driven Consultant to guide clients through implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Yardi solutions. You will build lasting relationships, provide strategic guidance, and help clients streamline operations to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities include configuring systems, troubleshooting, and training, and you will manage the full lifecycle of projects from discovery to post-implementation while collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong client-centered focus and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Consultant to join our team and guide clients through successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Yardi solutions. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships, provide strategic guidance, and help clients streamline operations and achieve their business goals. From system configuration to troubleshooting and training, you'll be a trusted resource throughout the client journey. What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.

• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Annual Salary Range: $89,600 – $100,800
