Job summary

LCS is seeking a Clinical Systems Trainer to train, implement, adopt, and optimize Yardi across a multi-site senior living and healthcare environment. You will partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to support successful system implementations and high-quality resident care delivery.

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Systems, you will deliver engaging in-person and virtual training, tailor content by community and role, and support go-live readiness and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, health information technology, education, clinical informatics, or related field.
• 4–6 years in clinical systems training, healthcare technology, EHR implementation, or related role.
• Experience delivering training to diverse audiences in virtual and in-person formats.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi clinical workflows or modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on Yardi for clinical staff.
• Tailor training plans to address community and role needs.
• Lead or support Yardi implementations, conversions, and module rollouts.
• Coordinate training readiness, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Create and maintain training resources, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Ensure training materials stay current with system changes and regulatory expectations.
