Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its material handling and distribution team. You will receive, inspect, store, and stage materials, and prepare orders for production, customers, and deliveries.

The role requires operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining safe, organized storage, and collaborating with warehouse and delivery teams to keep workflows efficient.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and material handling experience.
• Commitment to inventory accuracy and neat storage.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Proactive communication with warehouse, production, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Stage and deliver materials to production and shipping areas.
• Pick, pull, and prepare materials for orders and deliveries.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure items are protected from damage.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reporting, and cleanliness.
