Job summary

PSS Industrial Group in Colorado is seeking a yard associate to maintain, organize and prepare equipment for rental operations. You will unload, inspect, fuel, move, and store machines, ensuring readiness and safe movement in the yard.

Responsibilities include pressure washing gear, keeping the yard debris-free, and supporting management with related tasks as needed. A 1–2 year background and forklift experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience.
• Previous experience operating a forklift and/or other heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Acute attention to detail, positive attitude.
• Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm, and the capability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Unloads new, used, and rental machines, while maintaining and organizing inventory of equipment.
• Checks in, fuels, operates, and moves equipment in the yard.
• Maintains an orderly yard free of debris, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods and equipment.
• Pressure washes equipment to ensure it is rent ready.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Assist the company is any other items that is request related to our equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
