Job summary

A leading fluid management company based in Midland, TX is seeking candidates for a position supporting the Operations team. This role involves loading materials, maintaining equipment, and performing minor mechanical repairs. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in the construction industry and operating forklifts is preferred. Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-placement drug screen.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and identify materials and tools.
  • Lubricate machinery and maintain quality of mechanical operations.
  • Assure safety by following company safety procedures.
  • Lubricate machinery, equipment, or parts.
  • Position, align, or level machines, equipment, or structures.
  • Perform general shop clean up as needed.
  • Maintain quality and effectiveness of mechanical operations by observing and correcting for wear and malfunctions.
  • Assure safe environment and operations by following safety procedures.
  • Maintain supplies inventory and requisition replacement purchases.

Job Summary

This position supports initiatives of the Operations team in addition to general upkeep of the shop and yard as well as minor mechanical repairs on equipment. Other duties may be assigned based on the business needs of the region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate location.
  • Store and stack material.
  • Provide assistance to shop crew.
  • Lubricate machinery, equipment, or parts.
  • Position, align, or level machines, equipment, or structures.
  • Perform general shop clean up as needed.
  • Maintain quality and effectiveness of mechanical operations by observing and correcting for tool and equipment wear and breakage, malfunctions and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Assure safe environment and operations by strictly following all Company and industry safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain supplies inventory and requisition replacement purchases.
Job Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak in English.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-placement drug screen and satisfactory background check.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience reaping equipment or pumps
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the construction industry would be an asset.
  • Experience operating a fork lift/telehandler
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Drilling or construction experience.
  • CDL (Class A or B).
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and stand
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to load, unload, and move large equipment and tools
  • Continuous walking, stair climbing, and lifting
