Griffin Fluid Management, located in Midland, TX, is seeking a hands-on technician to perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment in the shop/yard. You will help ensure equipment is ready for rent and assist with troubleshooting, with on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities include routine maintenance, pump repair, and diagnostic work across mechanical and electrical systems, with emphasis on accuracy in records and safety adherence. Full-time roles with company benefits.

Performs hands‑on maintenance in the shop/yard of our Midland Facility. Ensure equipment is ready for rent. Perform troubleshooting/assessment and work up to performing repair work on heavy equipment. On‑job training is provided.
