Capital Denver is seeking a Yard Team Lead - 2nd Shift, with a pay range of $24 - $26 per hour DOE.

Position Summary: Under minimal supervision, oversee the operation and organization of a department to efficiently process products for shipment, storage, or will-calls. Maintain a clean and orderly area to facilitate inventory processing and retrieval.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and restock inventory from incoming shipments
• Organize products and rotate inventory as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Coordinate product movement for shipment with staff
• Handle paperwork for inventory transfers and order fulfillment
• Operate forklifts as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned and be adaptable to workplace changes

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Minimum four years of experience with forklifts and machinery
• Knowledge of lumber products or building materials
• Ability to embody company values and provide innovative solutions
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

Abilities:
