We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-time and Part-time RN Supervisor to join Edenbrook of Greenwood Hill for the 2nd Shift (3-11) and Night Shift (11-7).

Position: RN Supervisor

The RN Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations, ensuring high standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures compliant with regulations.
2. Design and evaluate nursing systems to ensure consistent care and resident rights.
3. Conduct regular nursing rounds across all units.
4. Protect residents from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on planning and policy formation.

Education and Experience

• Active RN licensure required.
• Degree from an accredited RN program.
• At least three years of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Familiarity with state survey rules, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and medical equipment.
• Experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a plus.
