Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Six months of package handler or switcher/CDL experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and DOT file.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers between yard and load/unload doors.
• Coordinate trailer movements with management.
• Document trailer moves using Yard Management System.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Load and unload packages onto/from vehicles and conveyors.
• Sort packages by scanning labels and numbers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
