Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision experience in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and continuous improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for basic reports and coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic budgeting/cost control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the manufacturing yard, including loading/unloading and site security.
• Balance transportation and vendor schedules to ensure safe traffic flow and policy compliance.
• Coordinate workforce planning, shift scheduling, and coverage for loading/unloading.
• Track on-site assets and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support audits and maintain OSHA safety compliance and data entry for inspections.
