Qualifications

• Holds a valid and active driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older with ability to follow safety guidelines in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and performing shifts up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer moves in the yard and coordinate yard activities.
• Ensure on-time trailer arrivals and departures with zero defects.
• Operate CMVs on non-public roads or yard to move trailers.
• Learn and comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete vehicle inspection reports and notify maintenance needs.
• Follow schedules and report working hours and breaks per policy.
• Support site and external carriers and train peers as needed.
