Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in yard/logistics environments.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, skid steer, loader).
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard operations including loading/unloading, sorting and equipment use.
• Reduce downtime and ensure swift truck turnaround.
• Supervise yard employees: drivers, operators, sorters, laborers.
• Uphold OSHA/EPA standards and company protocols.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance to keep assets reliable.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on performance and growth.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and yard trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site for all staff.
