Job summary

Agile Sourcing Partners is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Boonville, NY to oversee daily outdoor yard materials management, including receipt, put-away, inventory, and shipment activities. You will lead the yard team, ensure safety, and coordinate with customers and vendors to meet project needs.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse or construction yard supervision, ERP inventory experience, and strong communication skills to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse or construction yards.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience supervising employees.
• 5-7 years’ experience reading plans and specifications.
• Experience with ERP inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the yard materials management operations.
• Lead the yard materials team including Foreman, operators, and clerks.
• Ensure safety programs are followed on site.
• Prepare material status reports and communicate progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to meet deadlines.
• Attend and lead site meetings as required.
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions for the team.
