Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience with Hacienda or yard operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee yard inventory and shift operations.
• Ensure yard is secure and maintained during open hours.
• Receive merchandise and verify against manifest.
• Rotate stock and organize yard for inventory control.
• Maintain heavy equipment and keep maintenance records.
• Schedule deliveries and supervise staff performance.
• Ensure forklift certification for staff and enforce safety policies.
