Job summary

Hacienda Home Centers, Inc. is seeking a Yard Foreman to supervise yard operations, manage inventory, and lead yard staff on the assigned shift. You will ensure safety, quality, and orderly processes.

Responsibilities include checking in merchandise, stocking and cycle counting, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, scheduling work, and providing timely coaching and evaluations to yard personnel to ensure efficient, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee yard inventory and ensure safety, quality, and proper staffing during the shift.
• Train and manage yard employees on the assigned shift and assign daily tasks.
• Check in/receive merchandise and verify against the manifest.
• Rotate stock, ensure proper placement, and cycle count as needed.
• Maintain secure, organized yards and ensure equipment readiness.
• Schedule deliveries and maintain accurate yard records.
• Ensure forklift certification for yard staff and compliance with safety policies.
