InProduction, Inc. is seeking a Yard Lead to support daily yard operations and provide hands-on leadership to Yard Associates. You will ensure materials, equipment, and staging assets are received, organized, and moved safely and efficiently, guiding teams to meet project priorities.

The role requires at least two years in delivery or warehousing, with forklifts and basic hand tools. You will work with warehouse, logistics, and project teams to maintain an orderly yard and accurate inventory

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, warehousing, receiving, issuing, packing, shipping and/or storage of goods.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Must be willing to complete forklift training.
• Forklift experience and license preferred.
• Able to read and understand safety instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Train and provide work direction to assigned personnel.
• Maximizes productivity of personnel by proper training and supervision.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically.
• Maintain records, files and reports.
• Check products for defects and accuracy.
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Inspect machinery to determine repairs and maintenance.
• Unload materials and stack them to assigned places.
• Pull orders from shelves, and then place and secure onto pallet.
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements.
