Qualifications
- Must have strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years of storeroom or warehouse experience.
- Understanding of inventory control systems, policies, and procedures.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of storeroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct customers and deliveries as the first point of contact in the yard.
- Keep track of ticketed materials, identify vehicles and people, and obtain required documentation.
- Assess weigh material inbound/outbound and price tickets.
- Provide customer service, ensure specs and contract requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and deliveries.
- Support driver documentation and material verification at point of sale.
- Identify material to assign correct value and weights.
- Adhere to safety policies and participate in a culture of safety.
