Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a RB Global company, is seeking a Yard Staff member to join our frontline team. The role focuses on vehicle check-in, thorough detailing, and safe movement of vehicles within the facility, with training provided for forklift and loader operation.

Candidates should be capable of outdoor work, comfortable in a fast-paced auction environment, and possess a valid driver’s license. Teamwork and safety awareness are essential qualities for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to enhance appearance for auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around the facility.
• Recover keys, license plates, and related items and store properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct to appropriate staff.
• Receive forklift/loader training and develop on the job.
