Job summary

IAA, an RB Global company, is seeking a Yard Attendant to join the Yard Operations team. The role involves outdoor work, vehicle check-in, vehicle detailing to enhance auction value, and safe operation of vehicles.

Candidates should bring a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and an upbeat, team-oriented attitude. Forklift/loader training is provided on the job to support a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• All candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Physical demands are significant; this is not a desk job.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a motor vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information for vehicles at the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve their appearance and value at auction, training provided.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely within the facility and participate in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items and store them properly at the branch.
• Assist visitors by providing guidance and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Train and develop on the job in forklift and loader operation.
