Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a RB Global company, is seeking a Yard Staff member to join our operations team supporting live auctions. You will handle vehicle check-in, detail, movement, and asset protection in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

You will work with forklifts and loaders, stay safety-focused, and contribute to an efficient, high-quality auction experience for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and stay safety-conscious.
• Good physical condition and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information for vehicles.
• Detailing vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely and move vehicles around the facility.
• Recover keys and inventory and store them properly.
• Assist visitors and provide guidance to the appropriate person.
• Train on forklift and loader operation.
