Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (a RB Global, Inc. company) is seeking Yard Staff to join our frontline team. You will be involved in vehicle check-in, detailed cleaning, and safe operation of vehicles at the facility and during auctions.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical demands require lifting and outdoor work; not a desk job.
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions; teamwork is crucial.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information for vehicles at the facility.
• Detail and thoroughly clean vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely to move vehicles around the facility or at auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and related items and store them properly.
• Assist visitors by providing guidance and directing to the appropriate person.
