Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Yard Attendant to join our team. This role is outdoors and involves detailed vehicle work, safety-first operations, and customer-focused interactions at our facility.

Responsibilities include check-in documentation, vehicle detailing, supporting drive-through auctions, moving vehicles, and training in forklift and loader operation. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with a readiness for physical work in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information on vehicles assigned to the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around facility and participate in drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items from vehicles and store properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and refer to appropriate person for assistance.
• Train and develop on the job in forklift and loader operation.
