MW Logistics is seeking an Account Manager, Yard Management based in Dallas to oversee yard operations at customer sites nationwide. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding on-site teams and owning site financial results while traveling to sites for performance reviews and launches.

The role requires 5+ years in yard/logistics operations, 2+ years in client-facing roles, and strong budgeting, Excel, and communication skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in yard, warehouse, transportation, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years in a client-facing or account management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing operational budgets or P&L and reporting on financial performance.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and proficiency with Outlook and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting results to customer leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and on-site operations teams, ensuring sites run smoothly daily.
• Manage customer relationships through daily updates, performance reporting, and business reviews.
• Monitor and direct site operations remotely using Nexus Yard Management System, YardView and Vector.
• Own the financial performance of each site, including budget tracking, cost per move, and financial reporting.
• Track key operational metrics such as fleet utilization, driver hours, yard moves, and cost per move.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across sites.
• Visit sites regularly to review performance, support new site launches, and build relationships with customer leadership.
• Lead special projects that improve operational efficiency and site performance.
