Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool education or equivalent and 1–2 years related experience.
• 0–12 months previous management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily yard operations including movement, spotting, staging, and positioning of equipment.
• Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources to meet customer volume demands and service expectations.
• Promote a culture of safety through regular training, observations, coaching and enforcement of established safety standards.
• Maintain continuous communication with management and customer representatives to ensure timely response to operational needs.
