Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. seeks a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory with accuracy. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends when needed.

The Yard Loader reports to the Yard Supervisor/Manager and contributes to a safe, efficient workplace. Responsibilities include safety leadership, equipment maintenance, quality inspections, proper product rotation, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety
• Basic inventory management and math skills
• Able to work 40+ hours per week including weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE
• Safely operate a forklift and perform preventative maintenance
• Ensure quality through final inspections and labeling
• Provide strong customer service when loading/unloading loads
• Track inventory levels and ensure proper product rotation
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements

• Engage in ADS training programs to build skills
