Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) is hiring a Yard Loader in Salt Lake City to load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently. You will operate a forklift, inspect finished goods, and assist with inventory tracking while delivering strong customer service on every interaction.

Expect 40+ hours per week, including weekends as required, with opportunities for training and career growth in a safety-focused, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift operation and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately.
• Operate forklift and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain safe working environment with PPE usage.
• Ensure product rotation and accurate inventory tracking.
• Provide good customer service during loading/unloading.
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping.
