Staffmark Group in Randolph, MA is seeking a Yard Hostler Non-CDL to safely move, stage, and position 53-foot trailers in a busy yard. You will operate a yard goat, perform blindside backing, and coordinate movements with dock teams to keep operations efficient.

Salary ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour with overnight shifts, flexible 2–5 days per week, and weekly pay. This role requires at least 6 months of yard hostling experience and a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable yard hostling or yard jockey experience required.
• Previous experience operating a yard goat or terminal tractor.
• Proven ability to maneuver and position 53-foot trailers in a busy yard environment.
• Experience safely backing trailers into dock doors, including blindside backing.
• Strong attention to safety, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Dependable with the ability to work flexible overnight schedules.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and around active transportation equipment.
