Staffmark Group is hiring a Non-CDL Yard Hostler for a Bethel, PA position. The role moves and positions trailers, shuttles between doors and staging areas, and requires operating yard equipment with safety and precision.

Expect 12-hour shifts (12:00 AM–8:00 AM) with weekly pay and a home-daily schedule. CDL not required, but a valid license and clean driving history are required. Local yard work with steady hours and benefits.

• Verifiable yard hostling experience within past 5 years.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL not required; acceptable driving record.

• Couple and uncouple trailers.
• Perform basic equipment inspections.
• Follow yard safety procedures and dispatch instructions.

• Flexible schedules available, approximately 2-5 days per weeK
• Monday-Sunday operation with coverage needed 7 days per week
• Local Yard Position - Home Daily

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Verifiable yard hostling experience within the past 5 years.
• Experience operating a yard goat, terminal tractor, or similar equipment.
• Valid driver's license; CDL not required.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely back, maneuver, couple, and uncouple trailers.
• Dependable and available for assigned 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to meet required pre-employment screening standards.
