Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Theodore, MI is seeking a Shop/Yard Foreman to lead maintenance teams and mobile service technicians. You will manage fleet inventory, ensure equipment is functional and rent-ready, and enforce safety protocols while coordinating with Dispatch, Operations and Sales to meet customer needs.

This safety-sensitive role requires a CDL A, forklift and welding experience, the ability to lift 50-75 pounds, and the stamina to work outdoors year-round.

Qualifications

• Leadership and foreman experience in shop/yard environments.
• Compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work on-call and weekends as needed.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs and inventories.
• Strong communication with Dispatch, Operations and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shop/yard activities including maintenance team members and mobile service techs.
• Maintain and manage fleet inventory; ensure equipment is functional and rent-ready.
• Schedule and complete repairs; track damages and communicate to operations and sales.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Keep yard organized and maintain records of damages and inventory.

Effectively maintain equipment, control and manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and maintain yard flow and efficiency.
