Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair rental equipment at customer locations. You will manage on-site operations from installation to hand-off, including belt-and-pump related work and ensuring safety standards.

The role involves delivering equipment, performing inspections, and supporting inventory control with a focus on reliable, high-quality service in a field environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of field service, equipment maintenance, or inventory control experience.
• Mechanical aptitude required; welding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Experience in rental/pump industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, service, and repair of rental equipment to meet operational standards.
• Deliver and/or pick up berms and equipment from customer locations and ensure proper setup/disassembly.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is serviced and repaired before rental release.
• Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and discrepancy evaluation.
• Complete equipment check sheets and work orders, recording parts and labor accurately.
• Operate a forklift as required to move equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication during installations and pickups.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

About the Job:As a Field Service Technician at Ironclad Environmental Solutions, you will play a vital role in servicing, repairing, and delivering rental equipment to customer locations. This role involves working in the field to ensure that our containment solutions are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
