Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is hiring for a Yard Foreman/Asset Maintenance role in Memphis, TN. You will lead the maintenance team and mobile service techs, ensure equipment is safe, functional, and rent-ready, and maintain yard flow.

You will coordinate with Dispatch, Operations and Sales to meet customer needs. This safety-sensitive role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Leadership/foreman experience preferred with ability to coach and guide a team.
• Valid Class A CDL driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Welding experience is preferred.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work outdoors in variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage fleet inventory, keeping accurate counts and communicating with operations and sales.
• Ensure equipment is functional, clean, maintained, and rent-ready per QA program.
• Schedule and complete all repairs and provide safety briefings with maintenance team.
• Maintain yard organization and safety compliance with state and federal regs.
• Track daily production and inventory, reporting to dispatch and sales.
• Assist with cost controls and vendor/contract negotiations where applicable.

Effectively maintain equipment, control and manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and maintain yard flow and efficiency.
