Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a hands-on technician to repair and maintain container units in the field and at the yard. You will travel to customer sites for on-site repairs, perform mechanical and pump assessments, and ensure units are ready for rental.

The role includes loading/unloading, pressure washing, light welding and electrical work, and inventory control. A high school diploma and forklift experience are required; certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in pressure washing, forklift operation, inventory management, and following schedules and instructions.
• Skilled in backing/loading equipment on trailers, spray painting, and order filling.
• Valid forklift certification and driver's license preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and ensures all equipment in the field are operational, including installation and retrieval by driving to customer locations.
• Performs minor mechanical repairs, pump and hose evaluations, equipment setup/disassembly, pressure washing, labeling, inventory management, loading/unloading, and general housekeeping.
• Assists the yard with cleaning, repairing, and preparing units for rental, including welding/electrical work and berm repair.
• Handles advanced repairs in the yard and documents completed work to verify unit readiness.
• This is a safety-sensitive role with pre-employment drug screen and background check.

About the Job:The primary focus of this role is to ensure that Container Units, both in the field and in inventory, are in optimal working condition.
