Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; some college preferred.
• 2 years of operations experience.
• MS Office Suite knowledge including Excel.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state safety regulations.
• Welding experience or welding certificate.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day yard operations with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of units and schedule the team based on demand.
• Monitor costs and production to optimize resources and time.
• Coach and mentor team to achieve high performance and safety standards.
