Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Coordinator to organize and oversee yard operations, ensuring equipment is ready for delivery and that our service commitments stay on track.

You will inspect, clean, and move equipment, coordinating with the shop and service teams to maintain a smooth flow and high standards of safety and customer care on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Independently organize and manage tasks in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure equipment readiness and accuracy.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and systems documentation.
• Customer-focused mindset and professional interactions with others.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and physical activity.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own yard operations: organize, track, and manage equipment as it enters and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to prep for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Move, stage, and coordinate machinery between yard and shop to support flow.
• Collaborate with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional yard environment while delivering strong customer service.

• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment: to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow: by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team: to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment: while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.
