Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Coordinator to own yard operations, organize equipment flow, and ensure readiness for delivery, rental, or demo from Riverside, CA.

You will inspect and detail units and support seamless movement between yard and shop while maintaining safety and professionalism. This role emphasizes collaboration with the service team, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, delivering strong customer service and representing RDO

Responsibilities

• Own yard operations: organize, track, and manage equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to prep for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment while delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail with pride in your work.
