Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Coordinator in Sauk Rapids, MN to ensure yard readiness and smooth operations. You will organize, track, and manage equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires inspecting and detailing equipment for delivery, rental, or demo, and coordinating with the service team to keep operations on track. Outdoor work and independent contributions are common in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior yard or operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own yard operations by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to keep it prepared for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment while delivering strong customer service and representing the company with pride.
• Work independently when needed, while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in quality work.
• Utilize basic computer systems to document work and navigate tooling.
