Mustang Cat in Deer Park, TX is seeking a dependable Rental Yard Coordinator to join our yard team. The role focuses on staging and organizing rental equipment for efficient pickup and return, supporting delivery logistics and equipment readiness.

You will help keep the yard clean, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate paperwork and inventory. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities in a leading Southeast Texas construction equipment rental provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in material handling, equipment movement, or yard logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Knowledge of operating construction equipment and machine checkpoints helpful.
• Comfort with electronic systems and equipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Verify equipment paperwork and ensure haul drivers load the correct units.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment for customer deliveries and returns.
• Direct drivers on where to drop returning equipment.
• Perform rental check-ins as equipment arrives.
• Keep yard and equipment clean and orderly.
• Support wash rack duties and machine prep.
• Audit rent-ready machines and maintain inventory status.
