A leading equipment supplier in Texas is seeking a Yard Coordinator to oversee yard and facility operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include equipment check-in/out, updating inventories, and ensuring equipment cleanliness. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean MVR. Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A mechanical background is preferred.
• Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of equipment.
• Video documentation of equipment and attachments.
• Update computer system with pictures of equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventories of machines and attachments.
• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of equipment.
• Assist with tire inspections and manage tire inventories, entering data into the computer system
• Process data in work orders
• Pickup and deliver parts as required
• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of equipment
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards are met in the yard and shop
• Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager or shop foreman

Job Overview

The Yard Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our yard and facility operations. Responsibilities include checking in and out equipment, updating inventory data, and ensuring that equipment is cleaned and well-maintained. Experience with heavy machinery, especially CAT equipment, is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of equipment
• Video documentation of equipment and attachments
• Compile and communicate damage reports to relevant stakeholders
• Update computer system with pictures of equipment and attachments
• Maintain accurate inventories of machines and attachments
• Assist with tire inspections and manage tire inventories, entering data into the computer system
• Process data in work orders
• Pickup and deliver parts as required
• Wash and maintain the cleanliness of equipment
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards are met in the yard and shop
• Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager or shop foreman

Personal Requirements

• Must be a self-starter with initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
