Job summary

Insight Global in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Oracle XStore Functional Lead to bridge business stakeholders and the implementation team during a major XStore modernization. You will partner with leaders, gather and translate requirements, and align business processes with XStore capabilities across multiple domains.

You will act as the functional SME, drive design decisions, guide configurations and testing, and collaborate with Deloitte teams on end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience with xstore (work on multiple versions)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional SME and trusted advisor for Oracle XStore.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and executive stakeholders.
• Analyze current retail processes and map requirements to Oracle XStore functionality.
• Recommend both standard ("out-of-the-box") and optimized XStore solutions to meet business objectives.
• Drive functional design decisions and guide the implementation team through requirements, configurations, and testing.
• Collaborate with Deloitte development teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Support a large enterprise Oracle XStore implementation and modernization effort, including upgrades to XStore Version 19 and/or Version 25.
• Partner with business users across multiple domains including POS operations, store systems, customer experience, inventory, promotions, returns, and omnichannel retail processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage additional XStore capabilities and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
