Qualifications

At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
10 years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS.
Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS.
Hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems.
Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Participate in functional testing and co‑ordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
On‑site–offshore coordination and work management.
