Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc Remote Oracle techstack application engineer role seeks an experienced professional with deep Oracle Xstore and related stack expertise. You will be implementing and supporting Oracle products across client environments, including deployment, upgrades, and issue resolution.

The candidate should have strong WebLogic, Oracle DB 12c/19c/21c knowledge, E-commerce & MOM experience, and Java development background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience implementing Oracle products.
• At least 5 years implementing and/or supporting Oracle Xstore.
• 5 years of Oracle WebLogic server experience.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c.
• 5 years implementing and supporting Oracle E-commerce & MOM suite.
• 2 years using enterprise software development (preferably Java).
• Experience with Java design and/or development.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Xstore V17–V21.
• Hands-on experience planning, testing, and applying upgrades and patches.
• Strong understanding of retail POS processes (sales, returns, promotions, pricing, loyalty) and back-office functions.
• Willingness to work off-hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operations support, code deployments and rollout issue resolution.
• Responsible for Oracle XStore POS support across the client base.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and handle support issues.
• Act as SME for L3 and L2 teams.
• Provide off-hours support as needed.
