Job summary

SkillNet Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager for the EMEA team to own client relationships and delivery oversight across a portfolio of retail technology engagements, with emphasis on Oracle RetailXstore POS programs.

You'll join a peer group reporting to the VP of Client Engagement, working with Strategic Consulting and Presales to align cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT consulting or systems integration experience.
• Experience owning client relationships and running governance forums.
• Experience managing engagement financials, budgets, margins, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coordinate onshore/offshore, multi-vendor delivery teams.
• Comfortable operating across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong executive presence and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing owner for assigned EMEA accounts, building trusted relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead steering committees and executive status reviews, prepare pre-reads, track actions, and drive decisions to closure.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle for Oracle RetailXstore POS programs including upgrades, store rollouts, and cutover planning.
• Own engagement financials: track budget, margin, and utilization, and course-correct when risk signals appear.
• Develop and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) with delivery and offshore leadership.
• Coordinate resourcing and hard-booking requests across onshore and offshore teams across time zones.
• Identify opportunities to expand SkillNet's footprint within existing accounts with sales/presales.
• Ensure engagements follow delivery standards, governance, and hybrid delivery models.
• Provide regular reporting to SkillNet leadership on account health and delivery status.
